Our trusted processor handles your catch at a flat rate of $2.50 per pound, saving you time and eliminating the need to wait in line at third-party facilities.Fish are filleted on the river or at our river property, then delivered directly to our processor.

 

Each catch is weighed, vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen, ensuring high quality and freshness.

Processed fish are typically ready for pick-up the next day and must be collected within 48 hours of your trip’s conclusion.

 

Average Fillet Weights:

Sockeye Salmon: 4–6 lbs

Silver Salmon: 4–8 lbs

King Salmon: 6–15 lbs (varies by fish)

 

Vacuum sealing and freezing are included at $2.50 per pound.

 

Taking Your Fish Home

 

Once your fish are processed, there are two main options for getting them home:

1. Bring as Checked LuggageMost anglers choose to bring frozen fish boxes as checked luggage. This is generally the most economical way to transport your catch. Use a sturdy plastic cooler or insulated fish box—avoid styrofoam containers, as they can break during handling. Check your airline’s website in advance for approved containers and baggage fees, as policies vary by carrier and route.

 

2. Ship to Your Home - If you prefer not to travel with your fish, you can ship your frozen box directly to your home via next-day or overnight delivery. While this option costs more due to expedited shipping rates from Alaska, it offers convenience, especially if your trip continues to other destinations.
